Watching Gavin grow and change each day is a real joy. We've been thankful for slightly longer periods of sleep (one stretch of 3 hrs) the last 2 nights, and healthy weight gain. Lorrie took Gavin to a breastfeeding group session this morning, and at the weigh-in Gavin was 8 lbs 4 oz. Good news! The whole breastfeeding process is certainly a challenge, and we're continuing to use our supplemental system to keep Gavin from wanting to eat continuously...which is somewhat problematic for mom. Gavin is growing so strong - his kicks are incredible and it seems like he could roll over if he wanted.
